What it does
Two ways. The call opens with a short greeting and a menu: press 1 for English, 2 for Mandarin, 3 for Spanish. And when a caller asks for Spanish or starts speaking it mid-call, Desk switches. The summary you get is in English or Chinese either way, so you do not need to read Spanish.
